(Dublin, OH) The City of Dublin has earned a gold-level Healthy Worksite Award from the Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO).
The Healthy Worksite Award recognizes Ohio employers who demonstrate a commitment to employee wellness through comprehensive worksite health promotion and wellness programs. Applicants are scored on the extent their wellness programs facilitate and encourage employee health, enhance productivity and ensure a healthy work environment.
All applications were reviewed and evaluated using objective criteria. Dublin was one of 96 worksites to receive a 2023 Healthy Worksite Award from the HBCO.
“We have an exceptional team at Dublin, and we’re committed to supporting their health and wellness. Our employee Healthy By Choice program includes free membership at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, free or discounted lifestyle wellness courses, free health screenings and onsite group activities that encourage movement, healthy lifestyles and self-care,” says City of Dublin Director of Human Resources Jennifer Miglietti. “Our staff make a difference in our community every day and we’re grateful for the opportunity to positively impact their wellness and wellbeing.”
